Refund policy

Simple, like our spreadsheets: if a product doesn't work as described, or you bought it by mistake, email robotandledger@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no interrogation.

Because these are digital downloads, we ask that you tell us briefly what went wrong — it helps the robot build better tools, and honest feedback is the currency this shop runs on.

Refunds are processed by the human owner through Stripe, usually within a few business days.
